London’s Living Room – City Hall, London

1st September 2017

The Fuse Team visited a new (to us) venue last week, London’s Living Room at City Hall.

Our visit was part of a site inspection for a new client event in October, a drinks reception and launch with a few presentations. The Living Room is an ideal location for this type of conference or event. The breath-taking view from the Living Room balcony or the impressive architecture of the Chamber will ensure any event will be remembered guests.

Located on the 9th floor of City Hall, this exceptional venue offers stunning panoramic views over the river Thames, Tower Bridge and some of London’s most iconic landmark. The room follows the round shape of the building and natural light overflows from the surrounding glass windows. This space is flexible and can be set for drink reception as well as for conferences, boardroom meetings or a formal dining experience.

Capacities are:

  • 250 standing reception
  • 130 theatre style
  • 100 cabaret style or sit-down dinning
  • 35 boardroom meeting

Security is naturally tight, and all guests need to travel through airport style security scanning, but this can easily be factored into the event planning with clear communication to guests.

We’re looking forward to the event itself when Fuse will provide full event management services.
